4. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY
HOW TO ENTER: Participants enroll online at www.amcmatchup.com. At enrollment, participants will select their user name and also a numeric password. This combination will be used to login whenever they return to the site or call the IVR toll free line. After they receive their first game piece (see below "How to Play" for details) they log in to register their game piece or register their game piece by calling 1-888-597-9960 and follow the interactive recorded instructions. Participants will be asked for a home phone number during enrollment for contact purposes. Participants should be aware that in the event they win an award and AMC Services is not able to contact them, your prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the selected alternate. After the participant has registered, he or she may enter the MatchUP web page to record their game piece and entries earned as described below.
HOW TO PLAY: To participate online via www.amcmatchup.com, participants have an initial task to enter the game piece number. After the participant has registered a minimum of two game pieces, they are registered for the Grand Prize drawing, and every subsequent game piece gives them an additional entry. Each time a game piece is registered, the participant is presented with the "MatchUP" game.
The "MatchUP" game is an optional virtual memory matching game, utilizing a combination of time and attempts to turn cards over to create "matches" with the potential of 8 matches out of 16 cards. Results are then interpreted into bonus entries towards the Grand Prize Drawings based on number of matches within specific parameters. Based on results, a command "High Scorers" listing is promoted. High scores are posted in the spirit of competition—no monetary reward is will be associated with the top score promotion. Each AMC installation will have four randomly selected $25 weekly cash winners. Winners are randomly selected from entries played and bonus entries received. Upon each visit, or after any game piece entry, the deck is "shuffled" in order to give a fresh MatchUP challenge. Each week, a new "deck" will be uploaded for a new MatchUP game. Bonus entries increase the participant’s chances for the Grand Prize Drawings at program’s end. If a player accesses the MatchUP game prior to entering another game piece, no additional bonus entries will be awarded on that play. Top scorers from each base may be listed on the individual base pages or Guard/Reserve/Tenant/Enroute page. Only the player’s top score will be listed – one player cannot occupy two positions in the Base TOP TEN listing. This listing is intended to promote friendly competition – no cash awards will be given.
The virtual matching game and InstaWinner opportunity is not available via IVR toll free participation but an alternate game is offered to obtain bonus entries in the Grand Prize Drawings. Participants must first register via online at www.amcmatchup.com and are encouraged to utilize the online game for InstaWinner and other prize opportunities.
To receive game pieces for MatchUP play, personnel must participate in sanctioned MatchUP events at AMC installations or AMC affiliated units. The entries are recorded using the telephone and/or web site noted above. The more events participated in, the more game pieces received, and the better the participants chances of winning one of the Grand Prizes.
Along the way, eligible participants may be randomly awarded online coupons for valuable Services savings during game piece registration. Each participant may be awarded up to two (2) special coupons. These have an expiration date 30 days from being awarded, so be sure you use them in time. NOTE: These are intended for one time use only. All online coupons and certificates are in the database. If you print and use it more than one time, you may be subject to disqualification and additional disciplinary action.
You must login and register game pieces to be eligible for prizes. One (1) game piece per visit/week will be available without purchase from a locally designated MatchUP headquarters at each participating base. For specific MatchUP headquarters at your AMC installation, please visit www.amcmatchup.com/bases.aspx. Limit one game piece per week for each of the twelve weeks of the program. AMC Services will make final determination regarding eligibility and participation, based upon these rules of play.
If you need assistance printing, please visit MatchUP Headquarters. If you have any other questions about your prize, please send an online inquiry via the FEEDBACK page or contact Air Mobility Command via e-mail at: matchup@amc.af.mil. Sorry no exchanges.
All participants remain eligible for Grand Prize drawing and other special prize drawings.
