MatchUP is open to active duty, guard and reserve members of the armed forces and their families; DoD civilians; retired military members and their family members; honorably discharged veterans with 100% service-connected disability and their family members; and former and/or surviving military spouses and their family members. And no, there is no purchase necessary at designated locations to enter or win. Check out the RULES page and HOW TO PLAY page for more information.

All AMC major installations are participating in AMC MatchUP. Additionally other AMC supported units, such as Guard, Reserve, En Route and Tenant Units are also eligible. Check with your local Services or AMC supported orderly room.

"Getting" your User ID and your password is simpler than you think! When you enroll you select your own user name. You will also be asked to create your own 4-character numeric password, so try to select something you will remember easily. Be sure to write down your User ID and password in a safe place or on your MatchUP wallet card. Your correct User ID is used to verify eligibility for prizes. The enrollment process will also prompt you for the last four digits of your SSN as an additional identification device. If you do not yet have a SSN, use your sponsor’s. If you are still unsure, contact us through FEEDBACK page. You will have the option to update or change your password, but you must keep your user name or the entire program.

The first step would be to go to the "I can’t remember my USER ID or Password" link from the Home or Play page. You will be prompted for specific information so we can respond to you. If that is unsuccessful, please contact us through FEEDBACK and we will assist you further. When using FEEDBACK, make sure you include as much info about yourself as you can, so we can find your information and if necessary, correct your account.

Please remember that the AMC MatchUP rules limit one enrollment per participant. If you are unsure, or have accidentally created another enrollment, contact us through FEEDBACK so we can assist.

When you enrolled you selected your own USER ID, created your own 4-digit numeric password and you were prompted for the last 4 digits of your SSN for verification purposes. Make sure you supply us with as much information as you can.

Send us a note through our FEEDBACK page and we’ll check it out. But most likely you entered it and didn’t realize it registered. Please be sure to include your USER ID plus the game piece number so we can investigate. We want to make sure you get your chance to win big!

Here’s how it works: the more stuff you do, the more entries and prizes you can win. Collect your game pieces, enter them on-line or via our toll free phone service (1-888-597-9960) to earn an entry in the Grand Prize Drawings. When you play your game piece online you have a chance to become an InstaWinner. Each time you play a game piece you can play MatchUp – where you can earn bonus entries into the grand prize drawings! There will not be cash awards for the top MatchUP scores. This game is intended to encourage healthy and friendly competition base wide and AMC wide. As far as your score compilation, it is determined by computer and based on a combination of attempts, completed number of pairs and time. If a tie results, the person who accomplished the highest score first that week will be the winner. So, we hope you’ll still work to get your name up on the boards, plus earn those bonus entries.

InstaWinner (instant) prizes are awarded via random selection when you enter your game piece online. Each participant may win up to two Services InstaWin Coupons. The Instawin Coupons expire 30 days from being awarded, so be sure you use them in time! If you win a coupon it will be listed on your PLAY page under "Click to Print Instawin Coupons".

If you like, you can do this yourself! LOG IN and locate the "Update Profile" link at the bottom of the PLAY/STATUS page. Click on the link; make your changes and hit SUBMIT. For changes that you can't make to your Profile yourself or if you need assistance, send us an email at our FEEDBACK page and we’ll assist you to update your record. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on any prizes you might win! Or, if you've updated your address and think your prize may have shipped to the wrong address, you can contact your Command Headquarters directly via the email link provided in the RULES.
